and Executive Director Brendan O'Connor Webster, M.A.,
CCC, holds a California State License and National Certification
as a Speech and Language Pathologist. Serving children and
adults since 1974 and in private practice since 1978, she
has lectured, provided consultation, and specialized in evaluating
and treating the language and learning disabled as well as
the developmentally disabled. Mrs. Webster is a member of
the American Speech and Hearing Association, the California
Speech and Hearing Association, The American Academy of Speech
Pathologists and Audiologists in Private Practice, and the
International Fluency Association.

Brandi Quinsay, MA, CCC-SLP received her Masters degree from San Jose State University in 2000. She holds a California state license in speech pathology and ASHA's Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC). She officially joined the CSLOT staff in June 2000. Brandi’s professional experience and interests are primarily child articulation and phonological delays, child language delays, pragmatics/social-language delays and early intervention. Brandi has been trained in both Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and the SCERTS model (Social Communication, Emotional Regulation, Transactional Support). She has 9 years experience working with children with Autism. Brandi is the supervisor of the Early Intervention Clinic in San Jose and coordinator of the Early Intervention Clinics and SCERTS program company-wide.

Kristina Lobach, MA, CCC
received her Masters degree from San Jose State University in 2002. She holds a California State License in Speech Pathology and the American Speech and Hearing Association’s Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC). She has experience in the evaluation and treatment of both children and adults with communication impairments. Kristina’s professional interests include early intervention, child articulation and language delays. Kristina is the supervisor of the Early Intervention Clinic in Los Altos.

Shirit Megiddo, M.S., CCC-SLP, received her masters degree from California State University, Hayward. She holds a California state license in speech pathology, ASHA's Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), and a Rehabilitative Services Credential to work as a speech pathologist in schools. Shirit's professional experience and interests are primarily child language/delays and pragmatics/social-language delays. She is also experienced with articulation/phonological disorders, auditory processing disorders, stuttering, aphasia, and traumatic brain injuries. Shirit's undergraduate background is in Biology and Linguistics. At CSLOT, Shirit is the Summer Camp Coordinator for CSLOT's summer camps. She also leads an Early Intervention Clinic group and after school language groups for preschoolers and kindergarteners. Shirit is fluent in Hebrew, and conducts evaluations and therapy in Hebrew.

Michelle Smith, M.A., CCC, received her Master's Degree from San Francisco State University in 2003. She holds a State of California license to practice speech/language pathology, the American Speech and Hearing Association's Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), and a Rehabilitative Services Credential. Prior to coming to CSLOT, Michelle worked with both preschool and school-age children in a public school district. Michelle’s experience and interests lie in the evaluation and treatment of children with language disorders, articulation and phonological delays, social language difficulties, and auditory processing disorders. Michelle has experience providing therapy in social and pragmatic language groups for children, as well as facilitating the computerized Fast ForWord program for children with auditory processing disorders.

Wess Weinstein OTR/L is a licensed Occupational Therapist specializing in pediatric and school-based therapy. He began his career in 1999 after graduating suma cum laude from the University of New Hampshire with a BS in Occupational Therapy and Psychology. Wess immediately went to work in the New York City Public School System, and later practiced in Upstate New York. Tired of the cold, he recently relocated to the Bay Area and began work for CSLOT. Wess has received advanced training in Sensory Integration and regularly works with both school-aged children as well as those receiving early intervention services (under 3 years).

Jenny Hui, OTR/L received her Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy at the University of Southern California. Originally from southern California, she joined the CSLOT team to pursue her passion of working with Early Intervention groups. She has extensive experience in working with children with autism and developmental delays in both school and clinic settings. Jenny has experience in Pivotal Response Training, Discrete Trial Training and Sensory Integrative techniques. She is fluent in Cantonese and English and has a growing interest in educating parents about autism.

Elizabeth Thomas, M.S., CCC received her B.A. degree in Psychology and her Masters of Science degree in Communicative Disorders from San Francisco State University. Elizabeth has over 20 years experience in the evaluation and treatment of children with various communicative disorders. She has worked for the State Department of Education where she provided assessments and evaluations for students in various districts of Northern California. Elizabeth is licensed by the State of California, holds the ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and the Clinical Rehabilitative Services Credential in Speech, Language and Hearing Services. Elizabeth is a member of the American Speech, Language and Hearing Association and the California Speech, Language Hearing Association.

Aishah Muhammad, OTD, OTR/L Originally from Los Angeles, Aishah received her Master’s and Clinical Doctorate degrees from the University of Southern California in Occupational Therapy. She has been practicing since 2003, with experience in treating children with autism, children between 0-3 years (including preemies under 1 year), children with feeding delays, and conducting social skills groups. Aishah has training in the theory and practice of sensory integration, neuro-developmental treatment (for children 0-3 years), discrete trial training, verbal behavior, and the Beckman oral motor protocol.

Jennifer Adams, MA, CCC-SLP received her BS degree in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology from Brigham Young University and her MA degree in Communicative Disorders from California State University, Long Beach. She completed her training while working as a clinician at a middle school. She has worked in the public school setting in both California and Virginia at the elementary, middle, and high school levels. While working with Fairfax County Public Schools in Virginia, Jennifer became involved with using aspects of technology to assist in the implementation of therapy goals, and she has presented at an assistive technology conference on the topic of using technology to support school curriculum. Jennifer holds a California State License in Speech-Language Pathology, the ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), a Clinical Rehabilitative Services Credential in Speech, Language and Hearing Services, and a Postgraduate Professional License. She currently works in the Fremont clinic of CSLOT where she provides assessment and individual treatment as well as leads treatment sessions in the Early Intervention Clinic (EIC).

Kristy de la Rosa, M.S., SLP, received her Master's Degree from San Francisco State University. She holds a Rehabilitative Services Credential which allows her to practice speech language pathology in the school setting. Prior to coming to CSLOT, Kristy worked in a hospital setting, evaluating and treating children with speech and language disorders in the outpatient setting. She also had experience facilitating the computerized Fast ForWord program for children with auditory processing disorders. Kristy’s post-graduate training also included the evaluation and treatment of adults with aphasia resulting from a stroke, cognitive impairments resulting from traumatic brain injuries and malignant tumors, and dysphagia. Kristy’s undergraduate background is in kinesiology and psychology. Kristy currently works in the Los Altos clinic of CSLOT, where she provides assessment and individual treatment services to preschool and school age children, as well as treatment in the Early Intervention Group Clinics (EIC).

Amy Wahlstrom, MS, SLP-CF received her Masters degree from Portland State University. Amy’s professional interests include voice disorders and professional voice care, fluency, early intervention, child speech and language delay and the application of tele-health to speech language pathology. Amy is a LSVT (Lee Silverman Voice Treatment for individuals with Parkinson Disease) certified clinician and is trained in PROMPT (a speech therapy method for individuals with speech production disorders). Amy has presented her research on the aging voice at the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and the Oregon Speech-Language-Hearing Association (OSHA) conferences. She is excited to be a member of the CSLOT team and works in the Fremont clinic.

Katie Jensen, MA SLP received her BS degree in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology from Brigham Young University, and her MA degree in Communicative Disorders from San Jose State University. She holds a California State License in Speech-Language Pathology. Katie currently works in the Fremont clinic of CSLOT where she provides assessment and individual treatment services to children, as well as treatment in the Early Intervention Group Clinics. Katie has been trained in the PROMPT technique, or Prompts for Restructuring Oral Muscular Phonetic Targets.

Naima Contos, M.S., CCC-SLP received her M.S. degree from San Francisco State University (SFSU) in Communicative Disorders. Naima holds a Rehabilitative Services Credential to work as a speech pathologist in schools. Her B.A. is in Psychology from the University of California at Santa Cruz. Naima’s professional experience has included providing speech and language services to both adult and pediatric populations in a variety of settings including schools, hospitals, private clinics and in home-based therapy. Naima has specifically treated populations with neurodegenerative disorders, dysphagia, aphasia, and apraxia. Prior to her graduate training, Naima completed Dr. Ivar Lovaas’ course in behavior modification at UCLA and worked specifically with children with autism. She subsequently coordinated the computer based Fast ForWord program in a Los Angeles based private practice. During her graduate career, Naima completed her hospital training at Stanford Medical Center, where she worked in acute care and adult rehabilitation. Her school based externship was completed in Oakland Unified School District, where she provided diagnostic and treatment services to a diverse population. At SFSU, Naima completed Dr. Minnie Graham’s Alaryngeal Speech Clinic and was the recipient of the School of Education’s Distinguished Achievement award for her graduating class. Naima is currently PROMPT (Prompts for Restructuring Oral Muscular Phonetic Targets) trained and has attended a variety of conferences including the TEP workshop at Stanford Medical Center and recently the Water Frazier Protocol at Cottage Hospital in Santa Barbara. At CSLOT, Naima provides speech therapy services to a variety of clients, including early intervention services to children 0-3 years of age.
